Art. 19 Internationales Büro
1. Eine zentrale Stelle, die am Sitz des Vereins unter der Bezeichnung Internationales Büro des Weltpostvereins tätig ist, von einem Generaldirektor geleitet wird und unter der Aufsicht des Verwaltungsrats steht, dient als Vollzugs-, Unterstützungs-, Verbindungs-, Informations- und Beratungsorgan. Ursprünglich Art. 20 (siehe Mitteilung vom 16. Juli 2024, AS 2024 364). Der ursprüngliche Art. 19 wurde am Kongress von Hamburg 1984 aufgehoben. Abgeändert an den Kongressen von Hamburg 1984 und Seoul 1994.
