Art. 26 Kündigung von Abkommen des Vereins
1. Jedes Mitgliedsland kann von einem oder mehreren Abkommen des Vereins zurücktreten, vorbehaltlich der in Artikel 13 festgelegten Bedingungen, die sinngemäss anwendbar sind.
