Art. 3 Mitglieder des Vereins
1. Mitgliedsländer des Vereins sind: 1.1 die Länder, die die Eigenschaft eines Mitglieds im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Satzung besitzen; 1.2 die Länder, die nach Artikel 12 Mitglieder geworden sind. Ursprünglich Art. 2 (siehe Mitteilung vom 16. Juli 2024, AS 2024 364).
