Art. 30 Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit
1. Die Streitigkeiten zwischen zwei oder mehreren Mitgliedsländern über die Auslegung der Verträge des Vereins oder die Haftung eines Mitgliedslandes aufgrund der Anwendung dieser Verträge werden durch Schiedsspruch entschieden.
