Der Bundesrat kann die Weisungen für die Sendernetzplanung nach Artikel 8 Absatz 1 RTVG 1991 bis längstens fünf Jahre nach Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes verlängern oder nach Anhörung der Kommunikationskommission ändern.
