Art. 26 Einschränkungen des regionalen Angebots
1 Die Veranstaltung regionaler Programme ist der SRG untersagt. 2 Die SRG kann in ihren Radioprogrammen mit Genehmigung des UVEK zeitlich begrenzte regionale Fenster einfügen. In solchen Fenstern ist das Sponsoring untersagt. Diese regionalen Fenster sind auf täglich maximal 1 Stunde zu beschränken. Dritter Satz eingefügt durch Ziff. I des BG vom 26. Sept. 2014, in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2016 (AS 2016 2131; BBl 2013 4975).
