Wer ein schweizerisches Programm veranstalten will, muss: a. dies vorgängig dem Bundesamt für Kommunikation (BAKOM) melden; oder b. über eine Konzession nach diesem Gesetz verfügen. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I des BG vom 26. Sept. 2014, in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2016 (AS 2016 2131; BBl 2013 4975).
