§ 12. Andmekogusse andmeandjad
(1) Andmekogusse andmeandjad on: 1) Politsei- ja Piirivalveamet; 2) Eesti Liikluskindlustuse Fond; 3) Maanteeamet. (2) Andmekogu vastutav töötleja peab arvestust andmevahetuse kohta andmeandjatega. (3) Andmekogusse esitatud andmete õigsuse eest vastutavad andmeandjad.
