Art. 17 VI. Schluss- und Übergangsbestimmungen
Ausnahmen 1 Der Stadtrat kann im Einzelfall aus wichtigen Gründen unter Abwägung der öffentlichen und privaten Interessen Ausnahmen von den Vorschriften dieses Reglements gestatten. 2 Ausnahmen können mit Bedingungen oder Auflagen verbunden werden, befristet sein oder als widerrufbar erklärt werden.
