Debitore 1 1 1 Le tasse sono dovute dal proprietario/amministrazione degli spazi in cui è situato l’impianto o dal detentore dello stesso. 2 La fattura viene notificata al debitore mediante decisione della Divisione edilizia privata, contro la quale è dato reclamo al Municipio entro il termine di 15 giorni. Contro la decisione del Municipio è data facoltà di ricorso nei modi e nei termini previsti dalla LOC. 3 La decisione sull'ammontare della fattura cresciuta in giudicato, è esecutiva ai sensi dell'art. 80 cpv. 2 LEF.
