1 Artikel 39a FINIG findet auf den Wechsel der Depotbank bei einem L-QIF in der Rechtsform des vertraglichen Anlagefonds sinngemäss Anwendung. 2 Der Wechsel der Depotbank eines L-QIF in der Rechtsform der SICAV bedarf eines Vertrags in schriftlicher oder in einer anderen Form, die den Nachweis durch Text ermöglicht. Der Wechsel ist unverzüglich in den Publikationsorganen der SICAV zu veröffentlichen. SR 954.1
