Art. 66 Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Anteilen
1 Die Fondsleitung und die SICAV müssen neue Anteile zuerst den bisherigen Anlegerinnen und Anlegern anbieten. 2 Die Anlegerinnen und Anleger können jeweils auf das Ende eines Rechnungsjahres unter Einhaltung einer Frist von zwölf Monaten die Rücknahme ihrer Anteile verlangen.
