Art. 79 Ausnahmen vom Recht auf jederzeitige Rückgabe
1 Der Bundesrat kann nach Massgabe der Anlagevorschriften (Art. 54–57, 59–62,
69–71, 118n und 118o) bei kollektiven Kapitalanlagen mit erschwerter Bewertung oder beschränkter Marktgängigkeit Ausnahmen vom Recht auf jederzeitige Rückgabe vorsehen.
2 Er darf das Recht auf jederzeitige Rückgabe jedoch höchstens fünf Jahre aussetzen.
