Clausola temporale Il presente Regolamento si applica a tutti i contratti di locazione conclusi dopo la sua entrata in vigore e a quelli esistenti al momento in cui sono rinnovati, anche tacitamente. Fino al rinnovo dei contratti esistenti resta loro applicabile il Regolamento per l'assegnazione di alloggi di proprietà del Comune di Lugano del 20 marzo 2010.
