Zielsetzung 1 Das Kinder- und das Jugendparlament sind eine parlamentarische Form der Partizipation von Kindern und Jugendlichen am politischen Leben der Stadt Luzern. In demokratischen Prozessen werden Projekte geplant, realisiert und finanziert. 2 Im Kinder- und im Jugendparlament können Kinder und Jugendliche den Umgang mit anderen Meinungen üben, zu Themen Stellung nehmen, die öffentliche Rede ausprobieren, soziale Verantwortung wahrnehmen, politische Rechte und Pflichten erlernen und so aktiv die Zukunft der Stadt Luzern mitgestalten.
