§ 26a Überleitungsregelungen aus Anlass der Herstellung der Einheit Deutschlands
Soweit in dieser Verordnung auf Vorschriften verwiesen wird, die in dem in Artikel 3 des Einigungsvertrages genannten Gebiet keine Anwendung finden, sind die entsprechenden Vorschriften der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik anzuwenden. Bestehen solche Vorschriften nicht oder würde ihre Anwendung dem Sinn der Verweisung widersprechen, gelten die Vorschriften, auf die verwiesen wird, entsprechend.
