Art. 2 Campo d’applicazione
La presente legge si applica: a) alla vendita di cibi e bevande da consumare sul posto; b) all’alloggio di ospiti contro remunerazione; c) alla vendita di bevande alcoliche ai sensi della legge federale sulle bevande distillate del 21 giugno 1932 (LAlc); d) alla notifica di ospiti indipendentemente dall’assoggettamento alla presente legge.
