Art. 45 Divieto di vendita di bevande alcoliche
1Il Dipartimento può imporre un divieto, temporaneo o definitivo, di vendita di bevande alcoliche in caso di ripetuta trasgressione delle disposizioni in materia di alcol preceduta da misure sanzionatorie. 2In casi particolarmente gravi il Dipartimento può pronunciare senza indugio un divieto di vendita di bevande alcoliche fino ad un massimo di 15 giorni.
