1 La réintroduction d'espèces végétales ou animales indigènes menacées ou ne se trouvant plus à l'état sauvage sur le territoire cantonal est soumise à une autorisation de l'Office de l'environnement. 2 L'autorisation est délivrée aux conditions cumulatives suivantes : a) il existe un espace vital approprié d’une grandeur suffisante; b) la protection de l'espèce paraît assurée; c) la réintroduction ne comporte pas d’inconvénients pour la biodiversité.
