Art. 11 Besteuerung nach Hubraum
1) Die Jahressteuer berechnet sich bei Motorrädern und Kleinmotorrädern aus einem Grundbetrag von 45.65 Franken pro Kalenderjahr und einem Zuschlag von 11.40 Franken pro 100 ccm. 2) Endet der Hubraum eines Fahrzeuges nicht auf 100 ccm, so ist der Hubraum für die Berechnung der Jahressteuer auf die nächst höheren 100 ccm aufzurunden.
