Art. 6 Beginn und Ende der Steuerpflicht
1) Die Steuerpflicht beginnt mit dem Tag, an dem das Kontrollschild ausgehändigt wird. 2) Sie endet mit dem Tag, an dem das Schild zurückgegeben wird, oder beim Amt für Strassenverkehr eintrifft. 3) Bei Fahrzeugen mit Pauschalsteuer beginnt die Steuerpflicht mit dem Monat, an dem das Kontrollschild ausgehändigt wird und sie endet am Ende des Monats, an dem es zurückgegeben wird (Monatsbesteuerung).
