Bei der Festsetzung der Zahlungs- und sonstigen Bedingungen für eine unter Anlage II des Abkommens fallende Schuld hat das Gericht in den Fällen des § 3 und des § 5 die kürzeste Laufzeit festzusetzen, die gemäß den Bestimmungen dieser Anlage für die Regelung der Schuld in Betracht kommt.
