Art. 23 Staatenloses Kind
1 Ein minderjähriges staatenloses Kind kann ein Gesuch um erleichterte Einbürgerung stellen, wenn es einen Aufenthalt von insgesamt fünf Jahren in der Schweiz nachweist, wovon ein Jahr unmittelbar vor der Gesuchstellung. 2 Jeder Aufenthalt in der Schweiz in Übereinstimmung mit den ausländerrechtlichen Vorschriften wird angerechnet. 3 Das eingebürgerte Kind erwirbt das Bürgerrecht der Wohngemeinde und des Wohnkantons.
