Art. 3 Findelkind
1 Das in der Schweiz gefundene minderjährige Kind unbekannter Abstammung erhält das Bürgerrecht des Kantons, in welchem es aufgefunden wurde, und damit das Schweizer Bürgerrecht. 2 Der Kanton bestimmt, welches Gemeindebürgerrecht es erhält. 3 Die so erworbenen Bürgerrechte erlöschen, wenn die Abstammung des Kindes festgestellt wird, sofern es noch minderjährig ist und nicht staatenlos wird.
