§ 18². Riigikogu liikme immuniteedi erisused väärteomenetluses
(1) Väärteo toimepanemise korral võidakse Riigikogu liikme suhtes rakendada vahetut sundi määral, mis on vältimatult vajalik toimepandud väärteo fikseerimiseks. (2) Väärteo eest karistusena mõistetud aresti kannab Riigikogu liige ajal, kui see ei takista tema osalemist Riigikogu töös.
