Aufsicht 1 Die Aufsicht über die Mühlbäche und die damit verbundenen Anlagen obliegt dem zuständigen Departement. Den verantwortlichen Mitarbeitenden ist auf Voranmeldung hin freien Zutritt zu den Kanälen, Wässerungsgräben und Anlagen zu gewähren. 2 Das zuständige Departement kann nach Bedarf Inspektionen der Bachkanäle und der Wasserwerke anordnen und durchführen lassen.
