§ 5 Zeitgebühr
Für den Zeitaufwand von Verwaltungsbeschäftigten der Bundesnetzagentur, des Bundesamtes für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik und der oder des Bundesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit des mittleren, gehobenen und höheren Dienstes gelten die Stundensätze nach Anlage 1 Teil A Abschnitt 1 Nummer 1 der Allgemeinen Gebührenverordnung vom 11. Februar 2015 (BGBl. I S. 130), die zuletzt durch Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 11. Februar 2021 (BGBl. I S. 204) geändert worden ist, in der jeweils geltenden Fassung.
