Ausschluss 1 Kein Anspruch auf Bevorschussung besteht, wenn a) das Kind wirtschaftlich selbständig ist; b) der Unterhalt des Kindes anderweitig gesichert ist; c) dem Kinde zuzumuten ist, seinen Unterhalt durch eigenen Erwerb zu bestreiten; d) das Kind sich dauernd im Ausland aufhält; e) die Eltern zusammenwohnen; f) die erforderlichen Auskünfte vorenthalten werden.
