Art. 132 Anerkannte Sicherungsgeber bei Garantien und Kreditderivaten nach dem F-IRB
Als Sicherungsgeber nach dem F-IRB sind unter den Voraussetzungen nach Ziffer 32.23 CRE in der Fassung nach Anhang 1 ERV anerkannt: a. die Sicherungsgeber nach Artikel 67 Absatz 1; b. Sicherungsgeber, für welche die Bank über ein internes Rating verfügt.
