Art. 53 Voraussetzungen
Für die Anwendung des VA müssen folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein: a. Für das VKV liegt ein Risikoindikator nach Anhang 9 Ziffer 4.2 der Finanzdienstleistungsverordnung vom 6. November 2019 vor. b. Das VKV hält direkt oder indirekt höchstens unwesentliche Positionen in hochriskanten Verbriefungen. SR 950.11
