Art. 54 Risikogewichtung
Das Risikogewicht für einen VKV-Anteil beträgt: a. 300 Prozent, falls das VKV:1. direkt oder indirekt investiert in Instrumente mit Beteiligungscharakter nach Anhang 4 Ziffer 4 ERV von Unternehmen oder in Schuldverschreibungen von Unternehmen oder der öffentlichen Hand, und 2. höchstens unwesentliche andere Positionen als nach Ziffer 1 hält; b. 500 Prozent bei allen übrigen Investitionen des VKV.
