Art. 70 Anerkannte Kreditderivate
Als risikomindernde Kreditderivate sind nur Kreditausfall-Swaps und Total-Return-Swaps anerkannt, deren Kreditschutz gleichwertig zu demjenigen von Garantien ist. Insbesondere müssen sie die allgemeinen Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 65 und die Voraussetzungen nach diesem Abschnitt sowie sinngemäss die Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 68 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a–e erfüllen.
