§ 29. Territoriaalsed piirangud alkoholi hulgimüügil
Alkoholi hulgimüük on lubatud vaid majandustegevuse registri andmetes märgitud tegevuskoha kaudu, välja arvatud alkoholi ekspordil või juhul, kui alkoholi realiseeritakse selle edasisele käitlejale viimase tegevuskohas.
