§ 2. Immunohematoloogiliste uuringutega seonduvad dokumendid
(1) Immunohematoloogiliste uuringutega seonduvad dokumendid on patsiendi verekaart, verepreparaadi tellimisleht ja transfusiooniprotokoll. (2) Lõikes 1 nimetatud dokumentide täitmisel lähtutakse tervishoiuteenuste korraldamise seaduse § 4² lõike 3 alusel kehtestatud nõuetest.
