Gemeinsame Bestimmungen für Kleinlotterien 1 Die Gesamtsumme (Kontingent) der von einem Vereinbarungskanton in einem Kalenderjahr bewilligten Kleinlotterien im Sinne des Art. 34 BGS darf höchstens Fr. 2.50 pro Kopf seiner Wohnbevölkerung betragen. Eine Mindestsumme von Fr. 100'000.-- steht jedem Kanton unabhängig seiner Bevölkerungszahl zur Verfügung. 2 Die Übertragung ungenutzter Kontingentsteile von einem auf das nächste Kalenderjahr ist nicht zulässig. 3 Die Übertragung ungenutzter Kontingentsteile von einem Vereinbarungskanton an einen anderen Vereinbarungskanton ist zulässig.
