Löschung des Eintrags 1 Die Rechtsanwältin oder der Rechtsanwalt wird im Register gelöscht: a) auf eigenes schriftliches Begehren; b) wenn sie oder er eine der Voraussetzungen nicht mehr erfüllt. 2 Die Sekretärin oder der Sekretär löscht den Eintrag, wenn die Löschung auf eigenes Begehren erfolgt. 3 Die Anwaltskammer verfügt die Löschung infolge mangelnder Voraussetzungen. Sie gewährt der Rechtsanwältin oder dem Rechtsanwalt vor Erlass der Verfügung das rechtliche Gehör.
