§ 1
Verfügungsberechtigte und Besitzer von Tabakpflanzen sind verpflichtet, der zuständigen Behörde das Auftreten und den Verdacht des Auftretens der Blauschimmelkrankheit oder ihres Erregers, des Blauschimmelpilzes (Peronospora tabacina Adam), unter Angabe des Standorts, des Umfangs des Bestandes und der Herkunft der Pflanzen unverzüglich zu melden.
