Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act 2025
Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

7 Delegation by the Commander
(1) The functions conferred on the Commander by this Chapter may be exercised by any civil servant authorised by the Commander for that purpose. (2) An authorisation given for the purposes of this section may provide that a function may be exercised— (a) wholly or to a limited extent; (b) generally or in particular cases or areas; (c) unconditionally or subject to conditions. (3) An authorisation given for the purposes of this section— (a) may specify its duration, (b) may specify or describe the person authorised, (c) may be varied or revoked at any time by the Commander, and (d) does not prevent the Commander from exercising the function to which the authorisation relates. (4) Anything done or omitted to be done by or in relation to a person authorised under this section in, or in connection with, the exercise or purported exercise of the function concerned is to be treated for all purposes as done or omitted to be done by or in relation to the Commander.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".
Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.
A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.

Ask what your change would do, who would gain and who would bear a cost, and where something like it is already law. The assistant reads your draft as it stands, cites the law and the studies it finds, and takes no side. What you file stays yours.
