§ 19a Örtliche Zuständigkeit
Für die Entscheidung über die Förderungsleistungen ist die von den Ländern für die Durchführung dieses Gesetzes bestimmte Behörde des Bezirks zuständig, in dem der Teilnehmer oder die Teilnehmerin bei Antragstellung seinen oder ihren ständigen Wohnsitz hat. Hat der Teilnehmer oder die Teilnehmerin im Inland keinen ständigen Wohnsitz, so ist die Behörde zuständig, in deren Bezirk die Fortbildungsstätte liegt.
