§ 28 Aufbringung der Mittel
(1) Die Ausgaben nach diesem Gesetz, einschließlich der Erstattung an die Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau nach § 14 Absatz 2, werden vom Bund zu 78 vom Hundert und von den Ländern zu 22 vom Hundert getragen. (2) Die Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau führt 22 vom Hundert des von ihr nach § 18 für den Bund eingezogenen Darlehensbetrages an das Land ab, in dem der Darlehensnehmer oder die Darlehensnehmerin seinen oder ihren Wohnsitz hat.
