Sono riservate le norme sulla vendita ambulante, sugli esercizi pubblici, sull’apertura e chiusura dei negozi, sulle insegne e scritte destinate al pubblico nonché le norme sulle autorizzazioni eccezionali previste dalla legislazione federale e segnatamente quella prevista all’art. 8 cpv. 5 della legge federale sugli stupefacenti.
