Art. 4 Requisiti
1L’autorizzazione è rilasciata, ad istanza, alla persona che adempie i seguenti requisiti: a) gode di ottima reputazione e garantisce un’attività irreprensibile; b) non è stata condannata in Svizzera o all’estero, negli ultimi dieci anni, per reati intenzionali atti a togliere la sua buona reputazione. 2L’autorizzazione è in ogni caso negata alla persona già condannata definitivamente per reati contemplati dalla legislazione sugli stupefacenti.
