§ 1. Andmekogu
(1) Andmekogu ametlik nimetus on „Euroopa Liidu Kohtu eelotsusemenetluste ja Eesti suhtes algatatud rikkumismenetluste andmekogu” (edaspidi andmekogu). (2) Andmekogu ametlik lühend on EELO. (3) Andmekogu peetakse eesti keeles.
