Majandustegevuse seadustiku üldosa seaduse § 2 lõiget 4 täiendatakse punktiga 6¹ järgmises sõnastuses: „6¹) krüptovaraturu seaduse tähenduses krüptovarateenuse osutajana ja varapõhise tokeni emitendina tegutsemine;”.
