Art. 65 Notifikation
Der Depositar notifiziert allen Unterzeichnerstaaten und nach Inkrafttreten dieses Übereinkommens auch der Agentur folgende Ereignisse: a) Unterzeichnungen des Übereinkommens, b) Hinterlegungen von Ratifikations‑, Annahme‑ und Genehmigungsurkunden gemäss Artikel 63, c) Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens des Übereinkommens gemäss Artikel 61, d) Ausnahmen des territorialen Geltungsbereichs gemäss Artikel 66 und e) Austritt eines Mitglieds aus der Agentur gemäss Artikel 51.
