1 Initiativbegehren sind bei der Stadtkanzlei zu hinterlegen. Diese führt innerhalb eines Monates eine formelle Vorprüfung durch und eröffnet das Prüfungsergebnis in einer Verfügung. 2 Unterschriften dürfen erst gesammelt werden, wenn das Prüfungsergebnis eröffnet worden ist. 3 Die notwendige Anzahl Unterschriften muss innert zwölf Monaten seit Eröffnung des Prüfungsergebnisses bei der Stadtkanzlei eingereicht werden.
