1 Das für einen Nachkredit zu einem Verpflichtungskredit zuständige Organ bestimmt sich, indem der ursprüngliche Kredit und der Nachkredit zu einem Gesamtkredit zusammengerechnet werden. Den Nachkredit beschliesst dasjenige Organ, das für den Gesamtkredit ausgabenberechtigt ist, höchstens jedoch der Stadtrat. 2 Beträgt der Nachkredit höchstens 10 Prozent des ursprünglichen Verpflichtungskredites oder ist er gebunden, beschliesst ihn immer der Gemeinderat.
