Art. 2
Grundstückskategorien 1 Für die Schätzung wird zwischen landwirtschaftlichen und nichtlandwirtschaftlichen Grundstücken sowie gemischten Betrieben unterschieden: 2 Als landwirtschaftlich gelten Grundstücke im Sinne von Art. 655 ZGB, die dem Bundesgesetz über das bäuerliche Bodenrecht vom 4. Oktober 1991 (BGBB) unterstellt sind, sowie Grundstücke im Sinne von Art. 1 lit. c Ziff. 2 und 3 dieser Verordnung. Als gemischte Betriebe gelten Grundstücke im Sinne von Art. 2 Abs. 2 lit. d BGBB. Alle andern Grundstücke gelten als nichtlandwirtschaftlich.
