Art. 10 Vorschuss und Vorauszahlung
Die Verwaltungseinheit kann von der gebührenpflichtigen Person in begründeten Fällen, insbesondere bei Wohnsitz im Ausland oder bei Zahlungsrückständen, einen angemessenen Vorschuss oder Vorauszahlung verlangen.
