Art. 15 Überwachung der besonderen Anlagen
1) Das Amt für Umweltschutz hat in der Regel alle drei Jahre die besonderen Anlagen nach Anhang 2 zu messen oder zu kontrollieren. 2) Bei Bedarf ordnet das Amt für Umweltschutz periodische Kontrollen in kürzeren Zeitabständen an. 3) Vorbehalten bleiben abweichende Bestimmungen in Anhang 2. 4) Die massgebenden Bestimmungen des EWR-Rechts, insbesondere der Richtlinie 2010/75/EU, finden ergänzend Anwendung.
